2026 Vendor Application - NON-FOOD DSA Fall Harvest Festival 2026 Saturday, October 24th, 2026 10 am - 4 pm
Vendor Space Fee (Electricity, Water, Tables, Chairs and Tents are not supplied) Setup is from 8am - 10 am and the event runs from 10am - 4pm. We ask that you stay set up till 4 pm

For every 10'x10' space, we charge $50 and multiple of that thereafter. The Downtown Seaford Association is not responsible for any unattended, stolen or damaged product, personal property or personal injury.

Registration is Now Available $25 (Special Celebrating 250th Anniversary)

Poles will be open to start decorating on Wednesday September 30th.

Poles will be assigned on Tuesday September 29th. You must hunt for your pole.

You must Disassemble your scarecrows by Sunday November 8th. Please review the attached PDF for full Disclosure prior to completing this form below. We Will Award 1st Place in Each Catagory. There will also be a peoples choice, selected by the community of Seaford.

Explain your concept to the judges, or story, or keep it private. Thank you so much for your support we look forward to seeing everyones creativity. Judging will take place Monday October 19th and Tuesday October 20th 2026. Winners will be announced during the Fall Festival on October 24th 2026 around 1pm on the main stage.
